Returns Policy (Ireland Customers)

We want you to shop with confidence at Grey’s Templemore. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return your item under the following conditions:

• Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required

Return Costs

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless:

• You received an incorrect item
• Your item is faulty or defective

In these cases, Grey’s Templemore will cover the return shipping.

• Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached
• Proof of purchase is required for all returns

Return Postage & Customs Charges

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items unless:

• The item received was incorrect
• The item received was faulty or damaged

For orders returned from outside Ireland, customers are also responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, handling fees, or clearance charges incurred when returning goods. Grey’s Templemore cannot be held responsible for customs charges applied to returned parcels. Any charges incurred may be deducted from your refund where applicable.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service when returning items, as Grey’s Templemore cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.

Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 working days for your refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
